Description: Open December 1, 2004. Located in the heart of Aspen and at the base of Aspen Mountain, Spa at The St. Regis Aspen is the first destination spa in Aspen and part of a significant $37 million renovation at The St. Regis Aspen.

Treatments & Programs: Drawing on Aspen's history as a mining town, minerals such as silver and hematite are used in treatments. Treatments feature Hematite has a mythology of healing and energizing in ancient cultures, including Aspen's founding Ute Indians. The Spa at The St. Regis Aspen also incorporates local botanicals that have healing qualities, including calendula, stonecrop and spruce. The Spa at The St. Regis Aspen will offers complimentary pure oxygen in the post-treatment rooms, to enhance the experience of all spa guests.

Spa Facilities: The 15,000-square-foot spa is complete with 15 treatment rooms, the Confluence water feature, a shopping boutique, and an Aspen-inspired oxygen room. It features architectural and operational programming that pays homage to the Roaring Fork Valley's geological and historical background. The design invokes the beauty and spirit of the mountains, incorporating rich woods, textures, stone, air and water. Drawing on Aspen's history as a mining town, minerals such as silver and hematite are used architecturally. An outstanding feature of The Spa at The St. Regis Aspen will be "The Confluence," a unique co-ed water element drawing on the natural hot springs located throughout Colorado, which includes hot mineral pools, private waterfall niches and reclining seats, all with an ambiance that reflects the subdued lighting of a slot canyon.
