The Spa at The Leela, Goa offers dual treatments harnessing the benefits of Ayurveda and holistic therapies, and combining them with exercise, yoga and meditation. The Ayurvedic therapies include a synchronized Ayurvedic body massage, Pizhichil-medicated oil bath, Paada-Abhyanga and Udwarthanam, whilst holistic treatments include Swedish massage, warm stone massage, reflexology and a detoxifying scrub. In addition to the specific therapies, The Spa at the Leela Goa, offers a new three-day BLISS spa package combining a mixture of meditation techniques, traditional yoga and relaxing spa treatments.
