Body-toning, detoxification, and stimulation of all bodily functions are induced by Abhyangam, Dina Charya and Udwarthanam. The Therapies, selected by the traditionally trained Ayurveda Doctor “Vaidya” include massages with herbal powders, detoxifying and healing oils, rejuvenating and anti-aging ingredients, all which are carefully grown and selected.

Spa Facilities: Taamra emanates a feeling of natural serenity that guests can look forward to from the moment they enter; with architecture and natural furnishings that are thoughtfully designed and inspired by the temples of Kerala. The Gymnasium is equipped with the latest Life-Fitness and Techno-Gym equipment, the gymnasium provides treadmills, upright cycles, seated cycles, steppers, cross-trainers, a Smith Machine, a multi gym, legpress, and free weights (flat benches, inclined benches, legpress, press station, an abdominal crunch machine, and a lower back strengthening machine). The Couple Suite offers couple massages, specially designed treatments, and for sheer indulgence, an aromatic soak tub.
