to Spa in robe and slippers provided in room wearing swimsuit
or underwear beneath.
• Check in at Treatment Reception at least 15
minutes before appointment.
• Complete a consultation form before first treatment.
• Inform Treatment Reception or therapist of major
health conditions, recent surgeries or pregnancy.
• Generally, underwear and swimsuits are left
on during massage. For body treatments, disposable pants
are provided. Swimsuit is optional for balneotherapy.
• Inform therapist if temperature or pressure
is uncomfortable.
• It is essential to pre-book treatments prior
to arrival to avoid disappointment. However, a 50% cancellation
charge will be charged for any treatment or programme not
cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the appointment
