• Cancellations:
If necessary, please cancel 24 hours before the start of
the fist service. 100% of the value of services and gratuities
will be charged for cancellations made less that 24 hours.
Package cancellations require 48 hours notice or 100% of
the value and gratuity will be charged. The same applies
for the use of gift certificates, with the amount of treatment
and gratuity being deducted from the gift certificate.
• Late
Arrivals: Appointments are held for 15 minutes after
its scheduled start time, after that the remainder of the
time is released. Late arrivals up to 15 minutes will receive
the balance of the time remaining and charged for the full
service and gratuity.
• Gratuities:
18% service charge automatically added to the bill.
