Description: ShaNah Spa at The Bishop's Lodge is nestled deep within the loving arms of New Mexico's Sangre de Cristo Mountains, on lands that are steeped in culture of the Pueblo Indians and imbued with the rich traditional heritage of Spain and Mexico. Located in the foothills just north of Santa Fe, ShaNah is more than a spa to pamper, it is a sanctuary where you can take time out to be nurtured by Mother Nature and touched by angels. Treatments & Programs: At ShaNah, full 60-minute sessions that are focused on the synergistic dance of therapist and guest are given. The desire to individualize each treatment ensures that your experience here will be unique and tailored to your needs. Therapists work in an environment that enhances their healing energy, their ShaNah, and in turn, nourishes and deepens the experience for the guests. The treatments menu includes a full complement of massages (classic, custom, couples, deep tissue, environmental, native stone, reflexology, shiatsu, watsu), body treatments, facials, and hair and nail services.

Romantic Treatments & Programs: Couples can enjoy almost any massage in the romantic Love room, which is specially designed to accommodate two people. Couple's massage is also offered in the authentic, outdoor Teepee.

Maternity Treatments & Programs: Almost all of the massages and body treatments can be altered to accommodate pregnancy. Please notify the reservations agent in advance if anyone in your party is pregnant.

Weight Control Treatments: The new Stimulating Herbal Cellulite Treatment specifically helps to improve the condition of cellulite deposits through increased blood circulation, while also working to burn fat cells in the fatty tissue. This unique treatment includes a short deep tissue massage.

Spa Facilities: The beautiful spa facilities include men's and women's locker rooms, a tranquil relaxation lounge, hot tub, sauna, steam room, and a meditation garden with outdoor massage portals and an authentic Native American Teepee.

Other Facilities: Bishop's Lodge has a fitness center that has a variety of Cybex equipment, as well as a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and fitness center locker rooms. The Lodge also offers a variety of classes and services, including Yoga, meditation, Pilates, horseback riding, skeet shooting and daily hikes.
