Romantic Treatments and Programs: Couples Massage - Sharing a relaxing and healing massage with a friend or partner can be an enriching experience. Pairs can also be accommodated for side-by-side stone massages, wraps or scrubs.

Spa Facilities: The foyer of the spa offers you the chance to browse the exclusive product lines and sample whatever you choose. There are also wellness products such as instructional videos on yoga and stability ball use, as well as traditional spa gear for the shower and sauna. Throughout the spa, the works of local artists, mosaic tiling and carvings from local craftspeople, and lush greenery, which is indigenous to the Finger Lakes area, will surround you. Spacious locker rooms are fully stocked with fine plush towels and robes for you to use when you come for a session. The locker room is where you will find the showers and the cedar wood sauna, as well. Treatment rooms offer a serene, quiet and private atmosphere in which to receive whichever treatment you've chosen. There is a double room for those occasions when you'll want to come with a friend, partner or other party. After treatment, the saunas and showers, of course, are always available. The main after-treatment room is the Tranquility Room, which offers an unimpeded view out over the water of the Cayuga Lake inlet, comfortable lounge chairs, reading materials, tea, coffee, water and the sound of the indoor waterfall. There is also a smaller meditation room with cushions and prayer bowls for those guests who prefer to end their sessions with us in a more spiritual way. Each room has its own iPod docking station. Downstairs is Café Carpineto, where you can have a smoothie or snack delivered to the spa.
