Spa Facilities: The 5,000-square-foot, plantation-style facility is comprised of three air-conditioned buildings grouped around a central fountain. The spa features individual men's and women's dressing and shower areas with state-of-the-art steam rooms, whirlpools and saunas, as well as serene quiet rooms and relaxation areas. The treatment pavilion features seven tranquil therapy rooms, four of which feature breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. In-room spa services, as well as pool- and ocean-side massages, are also available. The full-service, sea-view fitness center features state-of-the-art Cybex cardio-vascular equipment, free-weights, fitness equipment including yoga mats.

Other Facilities: On the north shore of the Island of Vieques, the theme of this plantation-style resort is rest and relaxation. Classical background music plays in a two-story lobby offering a tropical Spanish decor of coral-stone floor and wood accents. Wood stairways leads down a 10-foot bluff to two beaches, one 100 yards long and the other 70 yards, providing swimming and sunbathing opportunities as well as views of Culebra island and mainland Puerto Rico to the north. A large two-level pool is surrounded by a pale coral-stone sundeck furnished with lounge chairs and umbrellas. The upper pool level has two infinity edges and a swim-up bar. The resort offers 138 extra-large guestrooms including 20 villa suites, in 17 sand-colored buildings of two and three stories without elevators. Each room includes a patio or balcony. Other recreational activities are available at or near the resort; fees may apply. When you're ready to explore the island, the island boasts 40 pristine beaches, two of which are on the property.
