SPA DAY PASS
Day pass includes: private locker, spa pool, whirlpool,
sauna, steam room, and beauty amenities. Use of spa wardrobe
including robe and slippers. Spa day pass is complimentary
with any spa treatment.

RESERVATIONS
Advance reservations are suggested. For spa reservations
please call 210-767-5577, or in-house touch 6103. All prices
are subject to change without prior notification.

CHECK-IN
Please check-in at the spa reception desk at least 30-minutes
prior to your first appointment. Unfortunately late arrivals
will not receive an extension of time on scheduled treatments.

As a courtesy
to all Windflower guests all cellular phones and pagers
must be turned off at the spa. Smoking is not permitted
in the spa or by the spa pools. Jewelry can get in the way
of a great massage. Please make use of your in-room safe.

CANCELLATION
POLICY
As a courtesy to other guests and the therapists, please
give a four-hour notice if you must cancel or change any
treatments. Without this notification you will be charged
in full.

GRATUITIES
In appreciation of outstanding service, gratuities may be
given at your discretion. For groups of six or more, a 19%
service charge will be added.
•
AGE LIMITATIONS
Spa facilities are for guests age 17 and older. Some salon
treatments are available to children under the age of 17
with parental supervision. Please inquire at the reception
desk.
