Maternity Treatments and Programs: Pregnancy Massage - During and after pregnancy, women have special needs to address that can be accommodated through massage. Extra burden on the spine, ligaments and pelvis can be relieved with massage. Certified therapist will take excellent care of you during this delicate time. (Massage is not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy.)

Romantic Treatments and Programs: Couples Massage - Bring out your romantic side. Treat yourself and your partner to an hour of indulgence. Choice of Swedish massage or deep tissue massage performed by two different therapists in the same room as you lie side-by-side. Enjoy the romantic setting to enhnce the moment.

Spa Facilities: Keswick Club's Fitness Center is equipped with a wide variety of cardio machines which are adapted to a silent listening system, Cybex strength training equipment and free weights. Personal Training is available by appointment. Group exercise classes are also available such as Body Sculpting, Pilates, Aquacise, Step Classes, Yoga, and Senior Stretch and Tone. Keswick Club also offers use of our indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs. The infinity-edge Keswick Hall Horizon Pool offers stunning views over the rolling Virginian countryside. Steam rooms and saunas are available, as well as locker room access and amenities. Enjoy a refreshing swim in either the outdoor or indoor pools or relax in the hot tub. Locker Room Facilities offer spacious shower rooms. The Member Lounge, the sanctuary within the Club for the exclusive use of members, offers overstuffed lounge chairs, English style fireplace, antique writing desk and computer hook-ups.

Other Facilities: Keswick Hall’s 48 luxurious guestrooms are beautifully decorated with charm and comfort in mind. The guestrooms’ décor and furnishings highlight various themes, ensuring each room is totally unique. Also offered are: an Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course, Tennis, Cycling, Fishing, Horse Riding, Ballooning, White Water Rafting and Hiking & Climbing. The Pavilion hosts the Tennis operations for the two hard and three clay courts. The Pavilion is also the site of one of the three pools.
