Waikoloa Village Welcomes New Kohala Spa Director Bridget Phillips

7, 2010 - Hilton Waikoloa Village, a 62-acre Pacific playground located on the
Kohala Coast of Hawaii's Big Island, proudly welcomes Bridget Phillips to the
executive team as the new Kohala Spa director. A Hawaii native, Philips graduated
from Maui Community College and began her career in the hospitality industry as
a Camp Menehune coordinator at Hilton Waikoloa Village.
A
leader in the spa industry for more than a decade, Philips has continued to advance
resort spa services and treatments through her drive to create experiences unlike
any other for guests of her facilities. Her career in spa management includes
executive positions at The Westin Maui Resort & Spa, the St. Regis Princeville
Resort and Spatality Spa Consultants in Denver, Colo.
As Kohala
Spa Director, Phillips will lead an accomplished group of spa treatment experts
in enhancing the Waikoloa guest experience through pampered immersion into Hawaiian
methods of wellness. Utilizing her expertise in spa management, Phillips will
continue to advance the Kohala Spa experience based on current trends in the spa
industry and in the local Big Island and Hawaii communities.
