NEW YORK - June 02, 2011 - Trilogy Spa Ventures, LLC announces the appointment of Denise Vitiello as Vice President of Operations. Vitiello is responsible for managing the daily operations of Trilogy’s branded spas in the eastern half of the United States with immediate oversight of the Guerlain Spa at the Waldorf=Astoria. This announcement was made by David Stoup, Chairman of Trilogy; Vitiello’s appointment is effective immediately.

As Vice President of Operations for Trilogy, Vitiello is responsible for overseeing the hiring and management of all spa partner personnel and departments, development of marketing and public relations initiatives and implementation of standard operating procedures. She is also responsible for managing the execution of spa experiences, including the introduction of new treatments and services.

With over 14 years of experience in the spa and hospitality industry, Vitiello joins Trilogy after eight years as Spa Director at the five-star Mandarin Oriental, New York. Under her supervision, the Mandarin Oriental spa became one of Manhattan’s premier destinations. Prior to her role at the Mandarin Oriental, Vitiello served as the Spa Director at the Hilton Sedona Resort & Spa in Arizona and as the Spa Manager of the Hilton New York in Manhattan. She is also a member of the International Spa Association (ISPA).
