Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Introduces Healthy
Horizons Retreats - Health and wellness retreats featuring health experts
from Johns Hopkins and Shore Health System promote healthy living and wellness
education for couples, women and the heart conscious. CAMBRIDGE,

Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort, Spa and Marina has announced a series
of healthy living and wellness education retreat programs. Offered in partnership
with Johns Hopkins and Shore Health Systems, Healthy Horizons Retreats
address health and wellness education and personal growth opportunities in one
of three areas: maintaining a healthy heart, womens self-discovery and health
issues and wellness for couples. Physicians from Johns Hopkins Medicine
along with members of the Shore Health System clinical staff affiliated with Dorchester
General Hospital and The Memorial Hospital at Easton will facilitate workshops
and offer professional knowledge sharing exclusively designed for each program
topic. The Healthy Horizons Retreats series will take place at the Hyatt Regencys
400-room luxury resort on the scenic Chesapeake Bay on Wednesdays through Saturdays
during selected weeks from January through March 2006. Each of the Healthy
Horizons Retreats personal learning programs includes seminars and wellness evaluations
facilitated by medical experts from Johns Hopkins and Shore Health System, which
runs the Memorial Hospital in Easton, Md. and Dorchester General Hospital in Cambridge,
Md.; healthy cooking demonstrations; work with a personal trainer; consultations
with a nutritionist; and additional time to visit the Resort Spa and take part
in other recreational activities of the Resort. The Hyatt Regency
