| Ritz-Carlton Dallas Set To Open In August
2007 DALLAS - July 23, 2007 - The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas is slated to open on Aug. 15 in the Uptown area of Dallas. The 218-room Ritz-Carlton is located in a new 21-story Regency-style building designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects. It is situated on McKinney Avenue, a shopping, dining and entertainment enclave. The Ritz-Carlton features what is reportedly the largest luxury ballroom in Dallas, a 12,000-square-foot Ritz-Carlton Spa and Fearing's Restaurant, created by celebrity chef Dean Fearing. Seventy Residences at The Ritz-Carlton also occupy the block-wide complex, a project of Fort Worth-based Crescent Real Estate Equities Co. Additionally, the hotel has 14,000 square-feet of meeting space. Guestrooms and suites feature oversized five-fixture baths, Frette bed and bath linens, Bulgari bath amenities, and flat-panel Sony high-definition televisions with HD movies and HD TV programming.
