Spas to Open at New Riu Resorts - Riu Palace Pacifico, opening in October 2008
in Riviera Nayarit, Mexico and Riu Montego Bay, opening September 2008 in Jamaica

Resorts has been offering spas at select resorts since 1997, when the first
Renova Spa opened at Riu Puerto Plata in the Dominican Republic. Since then, Renova
Spa has grown with Riu, expanding into Mexico, Jamaica, Bahamas, Cape Verde and
Spain. With Riu's new hotels opening in Mexico and Jamaica in 2008, Renova Spa
will be opening along with them offering body wraps, massages, exfoliations, facials
and much more to guests who want to indulge beyond what's on the all-inclusive
program for hotel guests. The Renova Spa at Riu Palace Pacifico,
opening in October 2008 in Riviera Nayarit, Mexico, will offer two treatment rooms,
a couples massage room, and massages will be available under palapas at the pool
and beach. The spa will also offer a hydro-massage tub, a roman tub, shiatsu platform,
Jacuzzi, sauna, and lockers. The beauty salon will feature two pedicure and two
manicure stations as well as waxing services. And as with all Renova Spas at Riu
Resorts, the fitness center is part of the all-inclusive program. The fitness
center at Riu Palace Pacifico will offer cardio machines, weight machines, and
group classes. The Renova Spa at Riu Montego Bay, opening September
2008 in Jamaica, will offer two treatment rooms, two couples massage rooms, and
four palapas at the pool and beach where spa services will be available. The spa
will also offer a Jacuzzi, sauna, and lockers. The beauty salon will offer pedicures,
manicures and waxing services. The fitness center will offer free weights, cardio
machines and weight machines.
