Spa Expansion Gives Way to New, Innovative Treatments at The Spa at The Hotel Hershey - New Chocolate, Cuban and Teen-Themed Treatments Revealed

Hershey, PA - Almost 20 new treatments and services are being added at The Spa At THE HOTEL HERSHEY November, 2004 when an ambitious expansion project that will nearly double the Spa’s size is unveiled. Among the new treatments, three new chocolate-based services will be introduced – a Sweet Hands manicure incorporating a cocoa bean exfoliation, a chocolate paraffin dip and a chocolate moisturizing massage; a Sweet Feet pedicure featuring chocolate sugar exfoliation, a chocolate paraffin dip and a chocolate moisturizing massage; and a Chocolate Sugar Scrub body treatment – further cementing the spa’s reputation for unique and chocolatized spa services.

Other new services will range from Hawaiian-inspired two- or four-handed Lomi Lomi massages to a series of tropical, Cuban-themed treatments inspired by founder Milton Hershey’s love for Cuba, and the Hershey-owned sugar plantations and mills operated there from 1916-1946. These treatments will feature Cuban elements such as sugar, tropical fruit and flowers, coffee and even tobacco leaves, and include:

• A Noche Azul Soak, a relaxing bath featuring white butterfly jasmine, hibiscus and orange blossom
  
• An invigorating sugar lime scrub called the Mojito Sugar Scrub
  
• A Paradise Mango Massage, a Swedish massage using fragrant mango massage oil
  
• A Cuban Hands manicure and Cuban Feet pedicure, featuring a Mojito
• Sugar Scrub and paraffin dip as well as a Paradise Mango moisturizing massage
  
• An anti-cellulite and anti-toxin Green Coffee Body Wrap
  
• A BODYCOFFEE™ Body Polish that features dead sea salts, ground coffee and essential oils, followed by coffee blossom body moisturizer application
  
• A Nicotiana Body Wrap, an aromatic tobacco leaf body wrap
  

Designed with teens in mind, guests 13 and older will be introduced to Face First facials, Hands Down manicures, Get Fresh™ Feet pedicures and other salon services such as hair styling and make-up lessons and applications via a new hair and nail salon opening at The Spa At THE HOTEL HERSHEY. Other new services also include a Stone Pedicure, a Chamomile Relaxation Massage and a heated body wrap called Sweet Body Wrapture.
