Tahéima
Wellness Resort & Spa Opens in Mexico's Riviera Nayarit

At
the all-inclusive Tahéima Wellness Resort & Spa, feeding and nurturing
your soul begins with a healthy, balanced diet, but eating well at Tahéima
is far from mundane. Guests have a wide selection of gourmet dining options with
menus specially designed by the president of l’Académie Culinaire
de France, Master Chef Gerárd Dupont, and prepared by Tahéima’s
Chef Laurent Delorme. From elegant meals served at Silhouette Restaurant and traditional
Mexican fare at Café Maria to Pan-Asian menus at the pool and Courtyards,
Tahéima’s spa cuisine features fresh fish, fruits and vegetables from
the region combined with recipes from around the world. The resort also offers
special low calorie, heart healthy, diabetic, anti-cancer and vegan menus. Guests
can enjoy unlimited fresh fruit juices throughout the day and alcoholic beverages,
which become available after 5:00p.m.
With
over 25 scheduled activities a week for adults and children, the opportunities
for personal transformation are endless. Guests enjoy the resort’s beautiful,

offers special one-week programs at the resort four times a year that will feature

The interim Spa at Tahéima is
designed to indulge the five senses. Guests at Tahéima can select one 60
minute massage per day from a menu of soul-soothing therapies including: Reflexology,
A Meaningful Relaxation Swedish massage, Aroma Bliss massage, Japanese Shiatsu,
Traditional Tai Massage, or the Upper-World Treatment stone massage, just to name
a few. Or, if preferred, guests may enjoy a massage in the comfort of their own
suites. The Spa carries the highest-quality products from the luxurious, Natura
Bissé skin-care and Olavie Therapies. The spectacular 22,000-square-foot
rooftop Spa will be completed by early 2011.
The
resort also is ideal for meetings, events and incentives since it provides ten
meeting rooms, break out rooms and board rooms accommodating 30-160 people and
a luxurious Grand Ballroom for up to 600 people. The learning program is ideal

Suite Accommodations
Each of Tahéima’s
135 spacious suites is artfully designed with furniture and fabric of the highest
quality. Accommodation options at Tahéima include 630-square-foot deluxe
studios, one-bedroom suites with 720 square feet of living space, 1,700-square-foot
two bedroom residences and three-bedroom, two-story penthouse which offers a generous
2,800 square feet of living area. Every unit is equipped with phones, individually
controlled air conditioning, ceiling fans, WiFi and iron with ironing board. All
ground-floor units feature a private plunge pool and an outdoor seating area.
Personal butler service is available on each floor.
Each
studio suite includes a king-sized bed, a flat screen television and a kitchenette.
One-bedroom suites are fully furnished with a king-sized bed in a separate bedroom,
a sofa bed, flat screen televisions in the bedroom and living room and a kitchenette.
The two and three-bedroom residences
feature a king-sized bed in the master suite, a queen-sized bed in the second
bedroom, and penthouses also feature a separate master suite on the second floor.
These units include flat screen televisions in the master suites and living room,
a full-sized BOSCH equipped kitchen complete with all cookware, utensils and stainless
steel appliances (stove, refrigerator and dishwasher) and a washer/dryer.
