ORLANDO – June 26, 2012 - Niki Bryan, founder of Niki Bryan Spa Management Company, and Al Weiss, immediate past president World Wide Operations, Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, today announced the formation of Niki Bryan Spas International, LLC (dba Marilyn Monroe Spas), a company formed to launch Marilyn Monroe branded spas, salons, nail boutiques and other concepts around the globe.
Through a licensing agreement, Authentic Brands Group – a leading International intellectual property corporation representing the estate of Marilyn Monroe – has granted Marilyn Monroe Spas, LLC the exclusive rights to operate in the spa, salon, nail and health and wellness categories. Niki Bryan Spas, one of the country’s leading spa management teams, will manage the company.
Born Norma Jeane Mortenson in Los Angeles June 1, 1926, Marilyn Monroe grew up to inspire millions with her beauty and charisma. Monroe gained mainstream success in the films Gentlemen Prefer Blondes and How to Marry a Millionaire. Later films such as The Seven Year Itch, Bus Stop and Some Like it Hot, catapulted Monroe into superstardom and cemented her legacy as a Hollywood icon. Marilyn Monroe is synonymous with sophistication and beauty.
