Julian Krinsky/Canyon Ranch Young
Adult Summer Program Announces 2004 Summer Program Dates - Coed Program
for Teens 13 to 17 Years Old
December 16, 2003 - Canyon Ranch, the world's most celebrated
health resort, has teamed up for the third year with Julian Krinsky
Camps & Programs to present a one-of-kind experience "for smarter
minds and bodies."
The two-week coed programs, for 13 to 17 year olds, will
be held at Bryn Mawr College in suburban Philadelphia. Three residential
and day sessions are scheduled for June 26 to July 9, July 10 to 23
and July 24 to August 6, 2004.
The program offers a unique opportunity for any teen interested
in learning how to get the most out of life by living healthier every
day. Whether they are athletes interested in improving their sports
performance, physical fitness buffs looking for challenging workouts,
or teens who want to learn more about the mind/body connection, they
will experience high-energy fun while developing the "take-home
tools" they need for a lifetime of good physical and spiritual
health.
Canyon Ranch nutritionists, exercise physiologists and
group leaders will work alongside Julian Krinsky staff members. Each
teen designs his or her own program, selecting from more than 50 activities
and classes, including strength training, mountain biking, rock climbing,
yoga, tai chi, kickboxing, tennis, golf, meditation, nutritional fitness,
journal writing and more.
