Thursday November 11th
Arrive
6.30pm Moonlight Starlight meditation.
7pm Reception and Briefing on Friday's Hike and Cycle.
Evening at leisure.
Entertainment in The Drawing Room.

Friday November 12th
8.30am Morning Serenity. Garden walk with Tai-Chi.
9am Breakfast
10.30am
Hike: Ring of Beara.. Class B, 8 miles. Knockatee to Dowros (option to Kenmare 4 miles) passing Clonee Lakes, Uragh, Inchiquinn, Droumoughty Lake and Stone Circle. Picnic at Droumoughty Lake.
Cycle: An 18 mile route along some of the most dramatic scenery of the Ring of Beara with light lunch along the way.
Return to the pleasures of SÁMAS, Optional.
6.30pm Moonlight Starlight meditation
7pm Briefing on Saturday's Hike and Cycle.
Evening at leisure.
Entertainment in The Drawing Room.

Saturday November 13th
8.30am Morning Serenity. Garden walk with Tai-Chi.
9am Breakfast
10.30am
Hike: Mangerton Mountain. Class B, 6 mile, 2756ft accent. The route follows a rough path up a gradual but steep rise to the summit. Picnic lunch at the Devils Punch Bowl.
Cycle: A 25 mile cycle through the Gap of Dunloe, Black Valley, Molls Gap and back The Ring of Kerry to Kenmare. Lunch at Lord Brandan's Cottage.

Return to the pleasures of SÁMAS, Optional.
6.30pm Moonlight Starlight meditation.
Evening at leisure.

Sunday November 14th
8.30am Morning Serenity. Garden walk with Tai-Chi.
9am Breakfast
10.30am
Hike. The Kerry Way from Galway's Bridge back to Kenmare.
Class A, 7 miles.
Cycle. Bonane Tour. A 10 mile cycle on the lanes around Kenmare and the Roughty Valley.
