Pocono Mountains. Open seasonally. Treatments
& Programs: Massage (Swedish, shiatsu, warm stone, sports, Nuat Thai,
neuromuscular, reflexology), facials (firming, basic, deep cleansing with enzymes
and glycolic, microdermabrasion, vitamin C), makeup lessons, aromatherapy, manicures,
pedicures, figure and style analysis, loofah scrubs, body polish, sea salt body
buffs, detoxifying seaweed body masques, herbal wrap, and paraffin hand and foot
treatments. Guests receive individual health assessments and are given a customized
fitness program to follow throughout their stay. Fitness classes include yoga,
tai chi, Pilates-based mat work, stretching, toning, boxercise, boot camp, slide
class, and water karate. Aerobics classes include step, swing, water, and high
and low impact. Belly dancing and ballroom dancing, jazz, hip-hop, and country
line dancing are offered as well. Personal training and private nutritional consultations
can be requested at an additional cost. Spa Facilities:
The spa has six treatment rooms. 2 exercise gyms, heated outdoor pool, hot tub,
sauna. Other Facilities: Shuffleboard
