Upon entering the Razul, couples apply smooth, cooling mud to each others' bodies. Then the lights dim and only the starry "sky" of the domed ceiling provide a small amount of light. Warm, tiled thrones, fit for a King and Queen, provide a place to sit and take pleasure in the experience. Over the next thirty minutes, while sitting on warming thrones under the starry sky, a furnace in the chamber steadily releases warm, soothing steam mixed with pleasant aromas of lavender, rosemary and thyme. At the end of the half hour, it will begin to rain. The ceiling provides a gentle rain fall to loosen and cleanse the mud from the body.
