The results of the Condé Nast Traveler's 2012 Top 270 Spas in North America, the Caribbean, Hawaii and at Sea, the 22th annual Spa Poll has been announced. Ten years ago, the annual readers’ survey produced a list of 40 top spas, with the lowest score in the 60s. This year’s survey delivers 270 spas, all with scores above 80, and six with perfect 100s.
