More then 5,000 Condé Nast Traveler readers were asked to rate spas they have visited in the past three years. Readers rated 429 spas an a 100 point scale. Six criteria were used in the evaluation process: location/setting, treatments, staff/service, rooms, diet/cuisine and programs/facilities.
