Salad, however, is not spa cuisine! This Waldorf Salad is a skin-smoothing body
treatment - a gommage - at the hotel's new, 19th-floor spa using ingredients inspired
by the classic salad - walnuts and apples. NOTE: As of December
2007, Plus One Spa is no longer at the Waldorf=Astoria. It has been replaced by
the Guerlain Spa. |
